Why Train With Us?

What is CPR, and why is it important?

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving technique used to maintain blood flow to the brain and heart in the event of a cardiac arrest or other life-threatening emergency.

By performing chest compressions and rescue breaths, you can help preserve organ function until professional medical help arrives. Effective CPR can significantly increase a person’s chances of survival.

Anyone can benefit from learning CPR, including healthcare professionals, teachers, coaches, parents, caregivers, and concerned citizens.

Emergencies can happen anywhere—at home, work, or in public spaces—so being prepared can make a life-or-death difference.

Upon successful completion of the course and any required skills evaluations, participants typically receive an American Heart Association (AHA) certification card.

This certification is widely recognized and is valid for a set period, after which renewal is required to maintain active status.

Most American Heart Association CPR certifications are valid for two years.

After that, you’ll need to renew your certification to stay current with the latest guidelines and maintain your skills.

No prior medical experience or background is required. Our courses are designed to teach both beginners and experienced individuals the essential steps for effective CPR.

We use hands-on practice and real-world scenarios to make the training accessible to everyone.

The duration varies based on the course level and whether additional modules (like First Aid or AED training) are included.

Generally, CPR-only classes can last anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, while comprehensive courses (CPR + First Aid + AED) may take up to 6 hours. Check your specific course listing for exact times.

Some components of CPR training can be completed online, particularly the theoretical portion.

However, to receive an official AHA certification, you must complete an in-person skills session or skills evaluation with a certified instructor.

This ensures you have hands-on practice and demonstrate proper technique.

Wear comfortable, casual clothing that allows you to move around easily.

CPR training involves practicing compressions on a manikin, which often requires kneeling on the floor, so consider wearing pants and shoes you’re comfortable moving in.

Yes. We offer group sessions for businesses, schools, and other organizations. Our instructors can travel to your location or host your group at our facility, providing a convenient and cost-effective way to train multiple participants at once.

You can renew your CPR certification by taking a CPR renewal course before your current certification expires.

Renewal courses often take less time than the initial training and focus on refreshing skills and updating participants on any new guidelines or protocols from the American Heart Association.
